This initiative, developed in partnership with Shine’s See Change Program, is designed to foster a more open, supportive, and mentally healthy workplace for all. It builds on the foundation of our recently launched Safe Speak Program, and directly responds to employee feedback calling for more awareness, education, and conversation around mental health in the workplace.
What the Initiative Includes:

Specialised training for line managers to help them support team well-being with confidence and care.

Company-wide employee surveys to track progress and guide future improvements.

A full review of internal policies to ensure they support and reflect best practices in mental health.

A roadmap to achieving the See Change Workplace Certificate of Completion, recognising our commitment to mental health and inclusion.
Our goal is simple: to break the stigma, equip our leaders with the right tools, and build a workplace culture where mental health is supported openly and without judgment.
